HEART - SIMPLE METHODS TO AVOID HEART ATTACK

ABOUT HEART

God made up the heart muscle  very strong. The heart is generally equal to our left hand fist. It will works good when the blood flows to the Heart regularly and steadily. The blood supply throw Coronary Arteries irregular to the heart causes the heart will effected either disease or attack. Normally the blood flows throw the arteries will effect due to cholesterol (FAT), tress, anxiety. The cholesterol are two types in the body i.e., good and bad cholesterol. The normal range of good and bad cholesterol is 1:5 ratio. The good cholesterol works friendly to the heart and the bad cholesterol works for reproductive system if not it will accumulate in arteries. As per medical terminology man up to 40 years is young, above 40 up to 60 (approximately) years are called middle aged man. Normally 80 years and above are called as old age.

The Heart will effect or damaged by four ways.
  1. Due to high blood pressure cause by tress, tensions, anxiety.
  2. Sugar present in blood. (Diabetes)
  3. Sedative life and obesity.
  4. And heredity.
To avoid heart attack, one should keep strong heart have to follow some methods.
  1. If you are middle aged man should avoid intake of fat mostly found in ghee, meat, cream. cake pastry and jam jelly and every year check up your body.
  2. Avoid eat Pickles and papad, 
  3. Avoid puddings (Mirchi bhaji, Khara etc.), fried food.
  4. Do regular exercise in the morning so that you will get fresh air.
  5. Walk regularly, use cycling is better.
  6. The swimming is the best exercise,if you have facility to swim.
  7. Take Fish and chicken (less cholesterol)
  8. Hypertensive people avoid heat arguments. 
  9. Diabetic and Hypertensive patients consult the Doctor regularly.
The women have less heart attack than men.
